Making Bread

To make up the bread dough put the supplied flour into a bowl and rub ( mix in with your clean fingers!) about 25 of butter. Now add enough warm water to make it up to a dough - add a little at a time while mixing until it comes together as a dough ball. Now knead it and then put it back in the plastic bag and leave it in a warmish place until you need it later.
